We engaged a new gas contractor, FDH, and have seen greatly increased satisfaction with our gas service to residents since their appointment.
We also appointed a Building Safety Manager, to manage our building safety programme for tall buildings.

During 2019-20 we spent

Our repairs budget also includes planned works which we carry out to make sure our homes are safe, secure and of a good standard.
Safety
Safety is our number one priority – and this includes the routine safety checks we must
carry out as a responsible landlord as well as the additional safety testing of some of our buildings which follows new Government building safety regulations following the Grenfell Tower disaster.
