    Where we've come
since March
We have parted company with our repairs contractor in 2020, and are looking at a new way of delivering repairs services to you. During 2019-20 we listened to all your feedback on our repairs services, including the first Resident Action Forum, which we held in 2019.
   We would like to praise the works completed by your new contractors FDH. Their work ethic and customer service was exceptional and much appreciated. They are great representatives for ISHA as a contractors.

We have listened to you and learned from our experience with our new gas contractor, FDH Services, that employing local companies invested
in our communities improves the service our residents receive. We want the same to be true of our repairs service.
We have asked every resident to take part in our repairs consultation. Our plan is to manage repairs in a new way in future, through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This would bring together a group of contractors to deliver our repairs services.
This is a new and exciting time for ISHA repairs, and we want you to be involved. You can email involvement@isha.co.uk for further details.
