How We Maintain Your Neighbourhood
Your Team
The Neighbourhood Officers monitor the cleaning, gardening and repairs of your estates. The Neighbourhood Officer for your area:
Our aim is to keep your neighbourhood clean and well maintained. Our Neighbourhood Team is
out regularly in your area making sure that good standards are kept by our contractors. These are the main duties of our contractors;
• Grounds maintenance (including grass cutting, weeding, pruning and tree work)
• Cleaning (including floors, windows, stairs, car parks and paths)
• Litter picking
The Neighbourhood Team can be seen out in your area carrying out the following;
• Regularly inspecting estates and communal areas (e.g. gardens, play areas)
• Undertaking small estate improvements
• Reporting communal repairs found on our
