In the Summer, we introduced a new way for you to get in touch, in the palm of your hand, WhatsApp.
ISHA WhatsApp will give you instant access to one of our
Customer Service team, who can respond directly to you.
There are many ways that WhatsApp will improve the way we interact with you. From being able to answer quick and non-urgent questions, through to sending photos of potential repairs jobs or documents for review.
Just a few last things to consider; there’ll be a real person at the end of the line, so the chat will be subject to our social media code of conduct (available on our website). Our customer advisors will treat every chat with 100% professionalism so please
keep the discussion respectful and reasonable.
