Launching our
new vision and five-year strategy
In April 2020, we launched our new vision and five-year strategy. We listened to what you have been telling us through the STAR survey, resident forums and the scrutiny panel.
Our vision at ISHA is to co-create homes and communities where everyone can flourish. This year we have launched our 5-year strategy which sets out how we will achieve this vision by 2025, building on our history but looking to the future.
I am writing this email
to express my appreciation
of the work carried out at my property today. The contractor attended at short notice. He was professional, efficient and accomplished the task. This was sincerely appreciated. Please accept my deepest thanks.
