Over the next 5 years we want to always provide excellent services because we believe that everyone is entitled to a quality, affordable and safe home. We want to make sure our customer service is right every time, and when we get it wrong, we fix it.

Co-creation is central to our vision. For you, our residents, to flourish, you need not only to have safety, security and a sense of belonging. You
need to be able to contribute to and shape your environment. ISHA has a proud history of resident engagement and we are building on and innovating in that area – through our Resident Scrutiny Panel, Resident Action Forums, and in the next year expanding our co-creation so you shape and assess our new repairs service.
We have a long journey ahead, but we will continue to partner with you to improve our services and your satisfaction with them.
